Well, a lot has happened since the last time I wrote a journal!
First up, I moved from California to Massachusetts and have started my PhD in biology -- I know I'm a fucking nerd.

Well, I guess that's the biggest update.
I don't have much else to say haha.

I'm not going to be very active on dA ever again really. I'll check messages and stuff here and there, but if you really need to get into contact about something important, please send a note! Or an ask through my tumblr, i'll be posting a majority of my art on there from now on. You can ask for my Skype if you'd like, or if you're a friend, Facebook.

Sorry I've been quiet. I had an ENORMOUS SciIllus commission to finish and it's finally done and I am brain dead.

Sup guys, it's my birthday tomorrow and I've been very sad the past few forever. I'm doing absolutely nothing tomorrow so I figure I get myself some art because I like art ahahah. 

Who has commissions open?
I'd like to pretty much get only one piece, fully colored and shaded. Something more finished (no simple b/w sketches or doodles) -- although some of you have sketches that look like finished pieces...
Either full body, waist-up, or if you're boss at portraits, that's cool too...A background is greatly preferred even if it's simple blocks of color.. Overall, something I can get printed out and hang on my wall.

I'd like Regon drawn because of obvious reasons.
If you're down to do two characters, having Blyade in there would be nice too.

I can pay in USD or if you play Flight Rising, in treasure/gems.
I'm extraordinary picky with USD, but I'm willing to pay handsomely for art I reeaaaaally like.

Please link me to shops, or examples + prices, or other people who are currently open.

So I have returned from Massachusetts!
There's a lot of fucking snow in that state, how do you guys survive?

Anyway, grad school interview went great, professor was really nice, the grad students were awesome, and I think I did well. It was also a lot of fun and I got to meet tons of new people. The school is Clark University, a tiny private liberal arts college in Worcester, Massachusetts. Beautiful school. I'm still unsure about attending if I get in though, there's a lot of pros/cons.

I spent the weekend with one of my high school friends at his university, and due to the blizzard, my flight out from Boston was cancelled...sooo, I was stuck there for another two days. It would have been three but I managed to snag a ride on a flight leaving a day earlier than expected (it pays to be nice to people btw).

Anyway, I have a lot of art shit to get done.
